SC manga, or anime?

As the topic subject says, which do you prefer? The Shugo Chara manga, or the anime?
In all honesty, I prefer the manga. They made things less... cliche, y'know? The anime kinda changed it to be more like other animes, IMO.
And also, the whole thing with the Ikuto's stepfather was better (I think it wasn't included in the anime). The manga made it more touching ;_;

I've read a bunch of the manga (English translation sold in the US) but I'm not really patient enough to read those with much enjoyment. Heh. I'm a sucker for special effects and color artwork, so the anime's more enjoyable for me despite the story differences.

I'd have to say that I prefer the anime to the manga.

Reason being is that's generally how it works with me, I prefer watching things to reading them. xD; I got through season one of the anime pretty fast, but I haven't taken the time to read much of the manga.

Takes less time to just read the manga, actually.. but with SC I prefer to watch the shiny animation.

Gah.. It's hard for me to decide. >///< I like the anime, cause it's all cute and shiny... =w= But I like the manga cause it's the basic straight forward story with no fillers. Although I do like fillers... Wahh! I still can't decide! XP

Anime. Basically, because I can't afford to get the comics, and I dun like watching them online because sometimes mah comp restarts, and I have to find the page.

well its one of those things where its better as the manga. I was watching Black Cat and i was NOT happy with a lot of the stuff they did in the anime. The anime has the same concept, but they chanced too many details from the manga :X and then it's the same for Furuba.

Ive finally gotten to watching them and stuff. I mean, it's okay as the anime, but there's things that bothered me. Although, I have to say the episode where Uo and Hana came over to the house and *** was far better in the anime. It was a lot funnier cause they kept transforming.

With D.N.Angel, I love both the anime and manga, but I was sad that Argentine never made his appearance. He's a manga character only, though. Let's put it this way, Daisuke has always been my fav in the series and then when Argentine came about, He dropped Daisuke to second spot and replaced him as my favorite. He's so fucking adorable <33

I like the anime rather than the manga. Although I hate the fillers, I love the anime anyway. :3

Unlike some anime/manga I started, I started Shugo Chara with the anime instead of the manga. My friend watched it wayy before I did, and she was like: "You should watch Shugo Chara, blah blah blah." So I did, not knowing there's a manga for it too. I LOVE SHUGO CHARA NOW.

for me i started Shugo Chara cause this last Sogen Con i was going as Amu for it along with my friends but we changed it to Vocaloid instead

The anime counterpart is better for me. The fillers are annoying but who don't love seeing their fave characters in motion (and in colors)?

I prefer the anime.Even though the fillers make me annoyed,but I still like it.And you can hear their voices.

Actually I have 2 out of 3 of the DS games.And I'm playing the first one. No english but whatever!! 1st one has to do with like the beginning. And love interests (episodes 1-22) second is like friendship,keeping grades up, and trying to still be popular!(like episodes 27-??)OOOHHH and in the last love event amu ad ikuto were like trying to find each other and Ikuto snuck up on her.He said something like kawaii ne. and it looked like they were gonna kiss.And I think you also play the ear-biting event.

ANIME I Think is SOOO BETTER!! Once I started reading the manga after the anime I found things that were different from it And they don't even have all the manga when they have the anime!!

Actaully I like the manga better only cause it was longer and the anime was good too! I liked the manga overall though I didn't like much of the fillers since they weren't that ahead of the manga.

I wish I could get the games but they would be imports and they are expensive. I do have the art book though. ^&^
